O shuttle tree, o shuttle tree!

I needed a place to display some of my shuttles, and I didn't feel like washing my tatted snowflakes (they're quite dusty and dull looking, probably from being left on display since I bought the tree a few years ago). So, I now have a shuttle tree!

If I have time before family arrives for Christmas, I'll get those snowflakes washed and back in place. It should be a pretty sight!

Well I always thought there was something 'odd' about you - now I know!!! Actually that's a smashing idea - I think I'll give it a whirl too!

I love your idea of the shuttle tree. I hope that you're able to retire soon. Retirement is wonderful. I know, I'm a retired teacher.

That's a neat idea, Diane! How many shuttles do you have on your tree?

Really great idea - some of those shuttles are prettier than any ornaments!

I'm looking for a way to stiffen a Christmas ornament that I had to wash this year - any ideas?

Love the Shuttle Tree! Great way to show off your shuttles. It will be even prettier with snowflakes and how about an edging garland or two?

What a great idea. Love the tree--you have so many beautiful handmade shuttles, but there is lots of room for more.
