This time I joined the small free ring to the edge ring closest to it. Again, I should have blocked it, but even without blocking, I can see that the join works for me!
I have missed your lovely tatting and am backing up to see all that your busy fingers have been making. Beautiful...hearts and edgings and oh my! Happy Tatting Hugs...
This is such a great pattern, and I believe these joins enhance it! This has been a good 'experiment', and now you have three lovely hearts ready to go for Valentine's Day!
I'm an elementary computer teacher/librarian, mother to four, grandmother to four. I love lace. I love books. I love to collect. If I quit my job today, I'd never be bored because I have so many interests, as well as the goodies I need to indulge my whims!

That certainly holds it in place!
Beautiful motif and thread color. I really love this pattern.
How pretty in pink, and just in time for Valentine's Day!
Such a pretty heart! :)
Beautiful, love the colour

I like it better this way. It seems more "firm" if you'll excuse the expression in tatting.
O this looks so pretty Diane! Love the colour of the thread. What size and kinid of thread do you usually use please?
Thanks for letting me know Diane and I'll see if any place here carries Lizbeth thread. Probably be awhile before I try any kind of fine thread :)
