One more in pink

I finally finished the cross I found hiding in an Origami pouch. This is my interpretation of The Workbasket cross that I had been searching for. Thanks to many friends who read my blog, I now have  all but one cross pattern from The Workbasket, and I think Carol is bringing that pattern to Tollway Tatters on Saturday. I think it's time to begin my Workbasket cross challenge!T

  1. Another beautiful cross. Pink is one of my favorite colors. It would be perfect framed hanging in a baby's room. I can't wait to follow your WB cross challenge.

  2. Very pretty, such a soft pink...it's just lovely. I am eager to see what all of the crosses look like. Many of Grandma's seemed to be a variation on the same pattern. I have often wondered if she tweaked on her own or if this came from something like this...

Planning on being there tomorrow, but Cheryl cannot join us this time-they are burying her dad, but she said to send her love to everyone. :)

  8. A classic, and always admired for the 'simplicity' and brilliance of its design! The first one must have been considered a major triumph!
