Splitting my time

I can't believe I took on two doily projects at the same time. I'm enjoying myself, but I'm not making very fast progress on either one since I'm splitting my time between the two.

I think I counted 33 pattern repeats on the Masterpiece Doily, leaving 7 to be tatted. The end is in sight... again!

I also finished another pattern repeat on Renulek's tat-along. I'm really enjoying this pattern!

    1. Thank you! I give Handy Hands the credit for the color choice. I'm just blindly following the order of the color pack. So far, so good!

  3. You look to be making steady progress. And with two you can alternate back and forth so you don't get bored of either :-)

  5. Well, when you're finished, you'll have 2, you have to keep reminding yourself. They're both spectacular.

  6. Look at you go girl! Tatting two beautiful and very large doilies at once. If I could ever in my entire life tat one tiny little doily I would be so Happy! I see "Froggers" in your previous post and I must make one of those. Any tutorial in the works? Creative Tatting Bliss Dear...

    1. I don't think a tutorial is really necessary. We were each given a No. 2 crewel needle and we each did our own thing. There were some beautiful ones made by the ladies in the lace guild. Mine were really very simple, and in comparison to what Sue Anna already had, mine were pretty lame!
