I've been knitting in the evenings while watching t.v. with Dave. At the rate I'm going, this should be done in time for cold weather!
I finished the patchwork jacket this afternoon. It looks nice, but it doesn't fit.
I'm able to get it on, but it's tight across the back and through the arms.
Lesson learned: make sure the oversized sweatshirt is truly oversized! I might make another, but it won't be for a while. I'd rather make a quilt. At least I know that a quilt will fit someone!
The jacket will fit someone, just not you! It’s really fabulous, what a shame it’s not comfortable for you. I’m sure you’ll find the person for it.
