It just hit me this morning that we are into September already! So, I decided to make my September Challenge Bookmark for
The Tatting Forums. This is "Flowers" by Jill Hanna, from Barbara Foster's
Tatted Bookmarks: Needle & Shuttle. The thread is Oren Bayan, size 50, color #090.
I've had this book for several years, but this is the first piece I've tatted from it. I'm glad I did!
What a happy colour to welcome me to spring. It would be autumn for you now isn't it?
ReplyDeleteSeptember? What? Are we there, really? Oh, no!
ReplyDeleteFox : O - looking at her bookmark patterns :)
That's a great looking bookmark! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is lovely. I like the pattern and the color. I haven't started on my sept bookmark yet, but I did get my dragon wing doily restarted and my leaf is going well! Fortunately, there is a lot of September left!
ReplyDelete.. and I was so smug because I completed the August challenge, now it's a new month :(
ReplyDeleteYour bookmark is just gorgeous - such a lovely pattern.
Think I will google my next pattern.
Love, love, love this bookmark pattern! It took me a long time to try it because the picture in the book really doesn't make it appealing. However, once I made just one, it became one of my favorite bookmark patterns!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for the reminder - I have another bookmark due!
Your September bookmark is a beauty! Thanks for sharing it with us.
