Spinning Wheel glass mat!
I just can't help myself! This hand-dyed thread was sitting in the basket next to my chair, and it was just calling to be made into a Spinning Wheel. I couldn't find a tag, but I'm pretty sure this is thread from LadyShuttleMaker. Does that tell you that I have a little too much HDT?
The view from my chair is getting a little cluttered.
I think I'd better spend a little time sprucing up tomorrow!
Too much HDT? Is such a thing really possible??
ReplyDeleteCertainly not! ;o)
Custom shuttles - with an ’s’??? Exactly what are you up to now? I am so curious. Custom? Hmmmm...
ReplyDeleteFox ; ))
I'm sure there's no such thing as too much HDT!
ReplyDeleteNever heard of too much thread, one thing I keep most of my thread in the draw under the bed, so he does not really know how much I have.
ReplyDeleteYour table looks a bit like the coffee end beside me, must be something about us tatters that have we like everything beside us.
Your spinning mat looks lovely so far.
Margaret
I agree with the others - there is NO SUCH THING as TOO MUCH HDT! Have you considered therapy for this type of thinking?
ReplyDeleteI am so glad I am not the only one with an endtable that reflects my many current endeavors :) You totally made me smile.
Um I think I can beat you on clutter! Although I'm having a great clear up at the moment. How is it that tatting can create such a mess in so short a time?
ReplyDeleteSo can you make the spinning wheel mat without looking at the pattern now?
Whatever thread it is, it looks lovely in a spinning wheel! I can totally relate to having clutter around my tatting chair! More often then not, I have books, and threads, and projects everywhere!
