We all have our favorites, and this is my favorite design from Tatting by Myra Piper. It's motif No. 12, and it's the center I chose for my Tribute to Myra. The link to my pattern is one of the tabs at the top of this page. I no longer have the original piece. My sister had it framed for her daughter-in-law, and I'm happy that it has a loving home!
Believe it or not, Dave has been a great motivator for my bag making. He'll tell me that he's going out to mow grass for a little bit, and gives me "permission" to weave a bag. ;-)
It takes me about an hour and a half to make a bag from start to finish. So, can you guess how long Dave mowed grass yesterday?
Much more fun than mowing the lawn!
ReplyDeleteI agree and it is green!
ReplyDeleteYour woven bags are wonderful and these have great stripes. How sweet of Dave to "mow the grass" for you. Creative Weaving Bliss...
