Luckily, I was in tune enough to tat an Ice Drop!
I also started a new knitting project. No, I"m not finished with the scarf. This beautiful alpaca from my friend Jen was just begging to be knit into a hat. I've knit many hats over the years, and this one doesn't seem like it's coming together the way it should. I'm giving it a chance, but I have a feeling I may be unraveling my knitting and trying something different!
I love that oatmeal color and understand how you don't know what dad it is, I do same thing. I think it's because my husband hurt back and hasn't been into work for a while.
ReplyDeleteI think it might be because we actually have a full week of school this week!
DeleteHere it’s Wednesday! I like the look of the alpaca, must be nice and warm too.
ReplyDeleteIt's very soft and warm... a joy to knit with!
DeleteThat's a really cute peas-in-a-pod shuttle !!! 💖
ReplyDeleteThanks! I decorated it myself!
DeleteYou sure do stay busy!! :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe the crazy up and down weather has helped cause the confusion in days!! I know it's a mix of everything causing it here!! ;)
I do stay busy, and I love it! You may be right about the weather.
DeleteAnother beautiful ice drop.
ReplyDeleteI am sure your hat will turn out lovely, I must blog mine which nearly did not come home with me on the cruise as some woman fell in love with it and wanted to buy it on the first day I wore it. I did offer her the pattern, she said she could not knit, I had no wool with me to knit another one, it was too cold to go without it.
I gave up on the hat. I just didn't like the way it was looking. The yarn is way too nice to use on a project that doesn't make me happy. How flattering it must be to have someone want to buy your hat!
DeleteI’ve been ‘on’ Thursday all day on Tuesday but I think I’ve been mainly Wednesday today. Just to let you know you’re not alone!!!
ReplyDeleteWhew! I feel like I'm in good company!
