The look of pearls

I had a busy day with subbing and sewing lessons, but I still managed to finish two Ice Drops!

For the second one, I decided to add a pearl bead to each ring. I like the look!

P.S ~ If you received an email from my Yahoo account stating that I was stranded in the Philippines, you've already figured out that my account was hacked. I've changed my password, and hopefully all is good now!

  1. Oh wow this is great, fantastic and the little pearls are such a nice touch I was not going to make any snowflakes this year, but snow drops are not technically snowflakes right :)

    1. Well, they do have six rings, but since they're not pointy, I chose to call them snowdrops. With each one, I start imaging possibilities. I can definitely see these turning into snowflakes at some point!

  5. Nov 3, 7 pm: Possibly you are too giddy to blog! CONGRATS ON THE WORLD SERIES WIN!!!!! I was going to write before to tell you to not give up hope, because the Pirates were down 3-1 in Baltimore in '79. Then we won! And we've never forgotten the euphoria of winning the '60 World Series over the Yankees after 7 games and in the last out of the 9th inning! IT WAS TIME FOR THE CUBS TO WIN!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!

    1. Giddy is a good word for it, Kathy! I think it will be early to bed tonight. It was hard to sleep last night, so tonight I will crash!
