Oops!

I started on another of Eva Antonucci's patterns yesterday and worked on it at Tollway Tatters. I tatted a little more last night, and a little more this morning. Something didn't seem right, but I couldn't figure it out. I was almost out of thread on one shuttle, and as I was getting ready to reload the shuttle I realized that I hadn't joined the rings in the center. No wonder it didn't look right!

I'll just save this piece for some crazy quilting and start over. How in the world did I miss those joins?

    1. No, it's not! To be honest, I didn't tat the second pattern motif until the next morning, so I can't blame chatting. That would be such a good excuse!

    1. I usually tat a pattern I don't have to think about when I'm at Tollway Tatters... lesson learned!

  3. I’m currently looking for a ‘chatting tatting’ pattern too. Not easy to choose. Good luck, Diane!

  4. Eva Antonucci has wonderful patterns. I cannot help wonder if you could sew the picots to a jewelry finding or ring, or something
