New shuttles!
Look what came in the mail yesterday... all the way from Denmark! I just couldn't help myself. After following a thread regarding miniature shuttles at InTatters, I visited Keld Olesen's website. I fell in love with all the beautiful woods, and it was very hard to restrain myself and only order two shuttles!
When you visit the web site, be prepared to choose your shuttle(s) and send an email to Mr. Olesen regarding availability. He does accept PayPal. My shuttles arrived in 9 days, which I think is pretty good.
I had never heard of Thuja or Kingwood before. I am so happy with these two little beauties. I've already put the Thuja shuttle to work on a bookmark... pics tomorrow!
P.S. - Google translate works great! ; )

They're beautiful! I took a look at his shuttles, too, and I'll definitely be sending him an email in the near future. :-)
ReplyDelete...I am envious!

ReplyDeleteThose are gorgeous! I've bookmarked the site, and will definitely order some shuttles later. Thank you for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteOooo ... Diane, you are dangerous! I have been going over to that site a few times thinking, "Do I need this?", and here you are showing us what you got.
ReplyDeleteOne plus point is that he accepts Paypal, which is very convenient for me. Hmmmm .... do I need this?
Oh my goodness they are BEAUTIFUL, lucky tatter!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shuttles!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a bad influence on me. The shuttles are beautiful! I have looked at the photos on his site - they are all beautiful. Do I need one or two? Uff-da. So tempting.
ReplyDeleteThere are the most beautiful shuttles! Are they handy too?
ReplyDeleteI have wood-shuttles. They are very, very handy, but not so pretty like yours... :)
Your shuttles are beautiful and so are all of the ones in his album. I have never seen such beautiful woods before. Oh how tempting this is.
