I agree with you, I like the top set, to me the contrast of light and dark makes it seem a better contrast where the bottom makes the top set look heavy. Does that make sense?
Regardless they are beautiful. I'm looking forward to seeing the next installment
Fantastic colors!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty. Maybe I'll have to join in. Karen in OR
ReplyDeleteHhhmmmm . . . I think I like the bottom layout better if I'm understanding correctly. Opposites make for some balance. I love the pinks!
ReplyDeleteMe, I prefer the top one!
ReplyDeleteI like how you used the second thread on two of these to emphasize the shape. It really works.
Fox : )
I like the bottom set...I agree with Cindy that it appears more balanced. Beautiful thread combinations!
ReplyDeleteOk...now I changed my mind, balanced seems to be relative to wether you focus on the center or the predominant color!
ReplyDeleteI prefer the bottom one, too. Nice colour choices, Diane. I haven't started yet!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, Diane. Looking really pretty.
ReplyDeleteLovely motif and colors :)
