I have enough beads to start a shop, inspired by all the beaded beauty I see in Tat-land!
Before re-tatting Snowflake #1 from Snowflake Roses by Denise Munoz, I decided to clear my mind by tatting something familiar, Doodad Snowflake #1. With all the snowflakes I tatted in December, I only used half a tube of pink beads. For January, I've switched to my favorite color... blue!
I thought you might like to see the difference in snowflake sizes. It looks like my Doodad Snowflake could be a different center for Snowflake #1. Oh, the possibilities!
Another lovely snowflake, I like the blue beads and yes another possibility with the rosé snowflake.

I love the blue.
ReplyDeleteI like the bit of red in the pic, shining through the white. That flake would be pretty with a red bead. - a big one. - in the middle!
ReplyDeleteAh, add a few more rounds and you'll have designed a doily!
ReplyDeleteI always love blue, and that is nice to see size difference too! with the computers it not always easy for my brain :)
ReplyDeleteLove your snowflake with blue beads!! :)
ReplyDeleteYour snowflakes are so beautiful! Also, there is nothing wrong with making snowflakes year round! They are a perfect little project to make when anything larger would feel too daunting.
ReplyDeleteFabulous snowflakes Diane! I love how they look on your tree.
