Not the whole thing, just this round!
I went to join the next ring this morning, when I realized I had twisted the fabric before making the second join. That put a twisted picot on the first join, and I just couldn't live with that. So... snip, snip, snip, snip.
At least I'm back to where I should have been this morning!

Dang it! I hate when that happens.
ReplyDeleteYou are making great progress, in spite of obstacles.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty amazing about the 12 yards of chain - what a cute story!
I agree with the Lace Lovin' Librarian name. Also wondered if you're going to try to sell your woven items, too. You might be overwhelmed with orders!!
That's attention to detail!
ReplyDeleteWhew. Not REAL starting over. Just one round.
ReplyDeleteI was inspired by your project - now making my first doily with similar colors from a vintage pattern. Can't tell you how many snip and start again difficulties I had because I didn't pay attention! Almost done - why am I addicted to tatting? :)
