It pays to get up early. Before breakfast, I had my first doodad ornament of the day tatted.
I also managed to quilt three blocks.
I'm feeling really comfortable with my walking foot.
Plus, I now have the quilting sequence memorized.

That’s a lot of sewing! I’m looking forward to seeing the blocks put together.
ReplyDeleteI am utterly intrigued -- never considered adding batting and quilting individual blocks before assembling them. (Can you tell I have never, yet, quilted?) Eagerly awaiting your comments on sewing thicker segments together into a larger unit. Unless! That is not your plan...curiouser and curiouser, am I. 😁
ReplyDeleteAlso, love, love, LOVE the doodad ornaments!
DeleteCaspita hai cucito tantissimo.
ReplyDeleteSono sempre più curiosa di vedere come sarà la trapunta finita
Great ornaments and I can't wait to see your finished quilt!!! :)
