Well, the Doodle Ice Drop necklace was a big hit! Granddaughter Kara claimed yesterday's pendant, so today was spent filling orders for the others.
This purple beauty was meant for granddaughter Sophia, but Sophia decided she wanted pink. My sister Janet quickly claimed it!
My great-nephew Gavin didn't want to be left out of the fun. His choice was his favorite color, and mine, blue!
My great-niece Abby chose her button and thread in her favorite color, pink.
Granddaughter Sophia decided that pink was the way to go! Unfortunately, hers was lost when the kids were playing outside. We looked everywhere the kids could remember playing with no luck. I guess I'll be tatting another pink Doodle Ice Drop.
Janet chose a different style button and grey thread for her daughter-in-law Yvette. She said the neutral tone is Yvette's style. I think it looks pretty nice!

Those are really special ice drops!
ReplyDeleteThey are all well loved!
DeleteI love what you have done with them and I think tatting should be worn around and best with family 🦋😊🦋
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am thrilled that the kids want to wear my tatting!
DeleteI especially love the way the 'jewelled' stone shines through the purple ice drop.
ReplyDeleteI love that one, too!
DeleteThey're all beautiful but I love the gray one. I'm amazed at how fast you can whip them out.
ReplyDeleteMy sister chose the components for the gray one. I wasn't sure when I started, but I love the way it turned out!
DeleteThere is never a dull moment at your house! I'm also amazed at how quickly you tat the ice drops!
ReplyDeleteI totally missed the 'keys' posts, and have always been fascinated by them. How did you collect them? Antique shops?
Beautiful ice drop pendants, I am sure you will find the lost one when you are not looking.
