What's wrong with this picture?

I don't think you even have to look closely to see the big gap where I forgot to tat a very important ring! I have no idea how I did that, but I'm going to blame it on tatting in the car. ;-)

  1. Thank you for posting this one...I finally could see what is missing. It is Bluetiful in spite of its flaw. Creative Tatting Bliss...

  2. Weeeelllll you could add the ring and chains in or put a charm in of some sort. No matter even if you don't - it's still very, very pretty. You don't think you're the only one who does that, do you? I've done it many times!!!

  3. I just posted a snowflake and there are two rings I closed before they were done and I kept tatting anyway, Jane is right some ribbon flower or candy cane and no one will see it :)

  4. It seems it would be easy to add that ring in, except it doesn't appear that you have the two picots necessary on the two
'twin' rings, although you could kind force a fine crochet hook through there. Or you could tat using a sewing needle and just 'sew' the connections in.
But you could just cover it with something as others have suggested!

  5. Oops. As most have suggested, it could be fixed or just covered. It's still a usable snowflake, you just have to be a little creative. Or keep it for yourself. I'll bet most people would never notice it! Or think it is supposed to be that way :-)
