Another busy day

Today was granddaughter Sophia's second birthday, and it was a busy one!

After her daddy headed home to Minnesota, Sophia took over the living room. She spent time watching her favorite show on her mommy's iPad, and like any other two-year-old, she had toys scattered everywhere!

Try as I might, I could not get her to smile for a picture, but as soon as the camera was put down, the smiles popped out again.

Sophia now has her own collection of headbands with crocheted button flowers.

It was much easier to crochet than to tat with a little one running around, so I finished ten more buttons for Rita.

Elaine called this afternoon and asked if I would make up some button flowers for her with pink in them.

Another lady contacted me through the shop to see if I would be willing to make a shawl for her to wear to a wedding in June. I think I'll be busy for a while!

  1. I have that problem with the grandchildren too. Your crocheting looks like a new part time job but you seem very fast at it, and that a big plus.

  2. She has changed so much! She used to be very blonde, no? Very pretty little one. : )

  3. Congratulations on having more new orders.

  4. Looks like fun with a little one!!! :)
Oh my!!! Sounds like you are on the popular list and sounds like you will be awful busy for awhile(considering you still have normal life to deal with too)!! :)

Just like you, I love getting feedback!
