Woodland Medallion

Here's another pretty motif designed by Robin of Tatting by the Bay. I happened to have the same finding in my stash, although it's a different color than the one Robin used. I think the red is really striking with the gold tone finding. This was a fun and easy tat. Wouldn't it be pretty as a Christmas star?

  2. It is very pretty! Yes, I can see it being used at Christmas. Nice job!
I hope you are feeling better. It sounds like you had a few rough days. :-(

  3. Lovely. Do you find the patterns on Robin's blog itself?

  5. I'm definitely impressed with Robin's blog, and really excited about her drawing software and patterns! Maybe it all will eventually get easier!

I feel as though I'm still spinning my wheels trying to keep up with basic computer stuff while everyone else is tatting away and actually creating things! I'm so pleased that you are resting and having some time to tat!

I appreciated your comment about our anniversary! Believe it or not, I discovered that I mentioned our 45th in 2009! I had forgotten I even wrote about the dresses/muffs/ weather back then (in fact, I wrote almost the same sentences LOL!), and you commented that your Mom thought a winter wedding would be pretty! Can't believe that was 5 years ago!
