I love all types of lace, and I love to read!
It looks marvelous! Wish I could tat in school!
Ha! It doesn't happen often... before school, during lunch, if the kids have finished their assignment for the day and ask a question. This week was very unusual!
Ooohhh, bluuuuue!!! :) So pretty!! :)
My favorite color!
I always feel like the inverted Apple logo on your laptop is a text balloon, like in the cartoon strips, & your lovely tatting is saying something. You should tell us what it is trying to say :-)
It's probably saying, "When you retire, will you please set up a decent place to take photos?" ;-)
It looks wonderful! You finished those last 2 or 3 Spinning Wheel mats so quickly!
I know! It's probably because I gave up playing games on my phone whenever I had a few minutes free! ;-)
It's amazing how many variegated threads work well with the Spinning Wheel Mat. Great distribution of the different shades of blue here. I'm glad you're continuing to show the kids about tatting! I'm sure you'll inspire many of them!
This pattern is my favorite for variegated and multi-colored threads for just that reason! There isn't the interest that I had two years ago, but I still have tatting supplies in the library, and I demonstrate and help out whenever I am asked. This year's 4th graders will tat while I read.
Oh good, we haven't heard about tatting lessons for a while.
Several of my 4th graders have asked if I will come back and visit and help them with their tatting next year. The answer is, "Of course!"
Looking lovely, how many have you tatted in this pattern? We have not heard about the kids and tatting lessons do you still do them.I have left you a comment on my blog, you gave me a laugh thanks.Have a nice weekendMargaret
I wish I knew, Margaret! I do know that when other patterns fluster me, this one calms me down and helps me get back in the groove. As long as there is someone interested in tatting, I will share what I know and have!
Lovely! The colors in this thread are beautiful. This really is a perfect pattern too showcase variegated thread.
Just like you, I love getting feedback!
