Minimal progress

Today was filled with running errands, so once again very little tatting was accomplished.

Tomorrow will be busy as well. I wonder how I accomplished anything when I was working?

  2. Those are the words that I hear so often - how did I find time to do anything when I worked. For many years I considered getting a job so that I could have more time for my hobbies but thankfully I resisted the temptation (not hard, by the way!!). Things will settle down shortly and you'll have plenty of time and one day, yes, one day, you'll wonder how you ever found time to go to work!!!!

  3. Haha I heard those words and thought what retired people meant, they would have all day to do whatever. But now semi retired I can agree with Jane, how did I find time to go to work, as the next few months go by and winter comes it will settle into a pattern although you will never have enough time in the day to do all the things you want to do.
Another spinning wheel in a lovely colour

  4. Going slowly, but beautifully! Retirement is a big change for you, time is less structured now.

  5. As a recent retiree I found I needed to organize my day and prioritize my tasks as the crafts can easily take over. I am still not there but I too wonder how I ever got everything done. As long as there is thread I will be busy.
